Raw material choosing -- Washing -- Banana peeling -- Banana chips slicing -- Banana chips frying -- Banana chips packing.
1. Selection of raw materials: Bananas used for banana slices are better yo choose green bananas, no disease, no rot.
2. Wash peeling and slicing it: If you wdon't want use banana peeling machine, you can peeling bananas by hand, and then cue banana into banana slices with uniform thickness. Slice it into 0.5-1 cm.
3. Banana chips frying: The sliced banana slices are put into the frying machine, and the oil temperature is adjusted arbitrarily between normal temperature and 230 degrees. After the temperature is selected, the heating will be automatically controlled to keep the temperature constant.
4. Package: Pack the Fried banana slices into plastic bag.
